Advanced Labelling Systems Ltd offers a wide range of industrial label applicators. They are suitable for labelling use in all applications, including; food, beverage, cosmetic/personal care, medical device, e-liquid and pharmaceutical manufacturing.
All of our automatic labellers feature:
- Automatic Product Speed Following – precisely adjusts the dispensing speed (in real-time) to match the variances in product speed, so a conveyor can ramp up or down and the labeller adjusts its speed to handle it, without changing the label position.
- Add-On Modules – so where the direct wipe-on method is not suitable, ALS produces a range of add-on applicator modules to suit all common applications.
- Integrated Electronics – All applicators are controlled by integrated on-board electronics, so no untidy cabling is necessary to connect to an external controller – it’s all built-in.
- Optional IP65 Protection – Many of our label applicators are available with the option of IP65 protection against water and dust.
- 2-Year Warranty – All products in the range come with the ALS 2-Year warranty as standard
Variable information such as lot numbers, expiry dates and prices can be over-printed by fitting an optional thermal transfer coder.
