Large capacity pick-and-place machine for high volume production with less down-time
The Etipack Clippy Placer (Big) is the extra large version of the Clippy Placer Standard pick-and-place machine. It is equipped with vacuum pads that pick products from a horizontal loading stack and places them onto a packaging line. This Big version features an extra large loading stack 1,500mm long, for higher productivity and can place items such as flow-wrapped packs, single sided and 2, 3 and 4-sided sachets, flat cartons and cards.
The programming keypad allows the operator to set speed and controls, in a user-friendly manner, functions such as; automatic speed adjustment, multiple product distribution and control of missed picking with automatic stop.
