Rotary placer for high-speed picking-and-placing of products from a stack
The Etipack Clippy Rotary placer is a pick-and-place device with a high-speed rotary movement that uses vacuum pads to pick products from a loading stack and places them horizontally on a packaging line. The Clippy Rotary is ideal to dispense flow-wrapped sachets of 2, 3 and 4 sides, coupons, cards and flat boxes made of non-porous materials.
The rotary movement of Clippy Rotary is designed to meet the requirements of the highest productivity, with an output speed up to 400 pcs/min as well as a large capacity, thanks to a horizontal loading stack equipped with a control on minimum load.
The programming keypad, on the brushless version, allows operators to set speed and control functions easily: automatic speed adjustment, multiple product distribution, control of missed picking with automatic stop.
